These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of courierforge.com and related website features offered by Courier Forge, operated by Courier Forge, LLC (“Courier Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website Purpose
The website provides information about Courier Forge, allows users to submit delivery and business inquiries, and allows prospective drivers to express interest in potential opportunities. Website content and form submissions do not create a binding delivery order, employment relationship, independent-contractor relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, or guarantee of work.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use transactional or driver-registration features. By using those features, you represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.
3. Delivery and Quote Requests
A request submitted through the website is an inquiry only. Courier Forge may request additional information and may accept or decline a request. Pricing, pickup and delivery windows, service scope, cargo restrictions, insurance terms, cancellation provisions, and other requirements become binding only when confirmed in a separate written agreement or accepted order.
Do not submit unlawful, dangerous, prohibited, or inaccurately described items. Do not submit protected health information or sensitive identity, banking, or medical information through ordinary website forms unless Courier Forge has provided a specifically authorized and appropriately secured process.
4. Driver Registration
Driver registration is an expression of interest only. Submission does not:
- constitute an offer or promise of employment or contracting work;
- guarantee onboarding, assignments, minimum volume, compensation, territory, or schedule;
- authorize the applicant to represent Courier Forge; or
- replace any required written agreement, verification, screening, licensing, insurance, vehicle, safety, or customer-specific requirements.
Courier Forge may verify submitted information and request additional documentation where legally permitted. Applicants must not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical information, or identity-document images through the ordinary registration form.
5. Text Messaging Terms
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Courier Forge, you agree to receive the categories of messages described at the point of consent at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, service updates, driver-opportunity communications, or other messages expressly covered by your consent.

- Costs: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to stop text messages.
- Help: reply HELP or use our Contact Us page.
- Consent: consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

COURIER FORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE. WEBSITE INFORMATION MAY CHANGE, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING MATERIAL DETAILS BEFORE RELYING ON THEM.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURIER FORGE, LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WEBSITE USE. 11. Indemnification

13. Changes and Termination
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. We may suspend or terminate website access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
